Tulane Green Wave

The Tulane Green Wave is the sports teams of Tulane University. The Tulane Green Wave men’s and women’s basketball teams are representing the Tulane Green Wave. The Tulane women’s team has found recent success under the coaching of Lisa Stockton, who started to play at Tulane in 1995.  The Lisa Stockton led the team to its first NCAA tournament appearances. She has given the name Metro Conference coach of the year.

The women’s team has been the regular season C-USA championship three times. Furthermore the team has won the C-USA tournament 4 times in 1997 and afterwards three years in a row.  The colors of both the teams are olive and blue. The 2008-09 campaign remains the essential for the Green Wave as this C-USA challenger looks to open throughout their Conference this season

In the 2009-10 the Green wave basketball team looks forward to avenging a tough season. They are improving their conference play this season. The team posted the record of 17-15 last season and they are looking to add some more wins in this year.
