The Kansas State University is the athletic teams which are called the wildcats. They are participates in the NCAA’s Division 1 and also the member of the Big 12 Conference. The Kansas State wildcats basketball represents Kansas State University. They compete in the Big 12 Conference. The men’s basketball has started in the year of 1902 and the program has a long history of success.

The Head coach of the men’s basketball is Frank Martin and the colors of the team are purple and white. The Kansas home arena is Bramlage Coliseum. The team best finish tournament came in the year of 1951 when they won national championship game. The team has reached four times in the Final Four and the Elite eight 11 times. The Kansas main rivals are the Kansas Jayhawks. In 2008-09 seasons Kansas posted a 21-10 record and 9-7 mark in the big 12.

The current season 2009-10 event will be staring from February 27th till 13th November. at the different locations. The fans are excited to see their best team in the final court of basketball.
